COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The promotional materials, including information on how to enter the promotion, form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open only to United Kingdom residents, including Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over.
  3. Purchase is not necessary. One entry per person only.
  4. Participants must enter by completing the entry form provided or enter online at www.newzealandwineevents.co.uk (The closing date for entries is 1st August 2008.)
  5. The prize consists of one Fisher & Paykel A-rated frost-free refrigerator with bottom freezer with Active SmartTM.Model E522BRX.
  6. Delivery is free to a UK mainland address, including Channel Islands and to be arranged through Fisher & Paykel UK by 28th November 2008.
  7. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
  8. New Zealand Winegrowers assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. New Zealand Winegrowers assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or down-loading any materials relating to this promotion.

Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
  10. The winners’ names will be made available on request in writing to New Zealand Winegrowers, 80 Haymarket,London SW1Y 4TE by 22nd August 2008.
  11. The prize draw will be governed by English Law and New Zealand Winegrowers' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
